This is the part you've been waiting for - we know! We're excited for you to meet the puppies - but please KEEP IN MIND that we will still ultimately pair you ONLY with a puppy who meets your personality needs.

Preschool classes are based on trainer availability. One of our team members will reach out ASAP in regards to your training needs.

UNDERSTANDING THE COMMITMENT

Please take a few minutes to re-familiarize yourself with our rules and regulations around litter commitment. We take this very seriously as our team spends a great deal of time and effort to ensure the right match with the right family.

I understand that the more puppies I mark as acceptable to me on below, the higher my chances of being matched with a puppy from this litter are.

I understand and am aware of the matchmaking day for this litter. I understand that matches will be announced by 5pm on my matchmaking day, and I will have until 5pm 2 days after matchmaking to accept or decline my match.

I understand that if I am matched with a puppy (that meets your preferences) from this litter and reject that puppy for any reason, I will be moved to the bottom of our deposit list with a new deposit date of the date my puppy would have gone home.

I understand that the pickup date for this litter, and that if I cannot pick my puppy up on time, my puppy may be boarded at JLDD for $30/night for up to 3 nights. Any time after that, the puppy will need to be enrolled in JLDD's puppy preschool program for their own wellbeing. * If delivery is needed, this can generally be accommodated*
