We work with trusted, professional flight nannies to safely deliver our doodle puppies to families throughout New York City, and the surrounding metro area.

 

Your puppy travels in-cabin (never in cargo), with constant supervision and care the entire way. We coordinate timing carefully to minimize stress and ensure a smooth, comfortable transition from our home in South Carolina to yours.

For families who prefer to meet their puppy in person, we also welcome in-person pickup at our South Carolina location. Many NYC families choose to fly down, spend a little time getting to know their puppy, and return home together the same day.

 

Whether you choose professional delivery or pickup, your puppy’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing are always our top priority.

HOW NYC RESIDENTS CAN GET ON OUR WAITLIST!

 

• At JLDD, we use our signature puppy matchmaking program to thoughtfully pair each family with the puppy that fits them best. Your match is based on your detailed application, your phone consultation, and follow-up conversations once the litter arrives. We take the time to really get to know you so we can make the best possible match. 

 

• Deposits are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable to a future litter if the current one isn’t the right fit for your preferences. Life happens, too — if you run into timing challenges or an emergency, we can temporarily place your deposit on hold without affecting your original deposit date.

 

• We don’t promise or reserve specific puppies before matchmaking day. While we begin tracking each puppy’s development as early as three days old, true personality and temperament traits don’t start becoming clear until around six weeks. That’s why we wait until we have the full picture before making matches.

 

• Families enrolled in our 12-week Fully Trained Designer Doodles Program are placed on a priority sub-list within our matchmaking system. This allows them to be considered for upcoming litters sooner than with a standard deposit. If you’re ready to invest in your puppy’s future from day one, we’ll help you move forward as efficiently as possible. Even in this program, our matchmaking process remains the same — your puppy will be thoughtfully matched with you at seven weeks old.

 

• Final balances are due on your puppy’s seven-week birthday, after matchmaking calls are completed and invoices have been sent. We accept payment by cash, check, or direct bank deposit.
