We are SO EXCITED to have launched our brand new puppy matching system on July 1st, 2020! This has been a dream of ours for awhile, and we're thrilled to finally have it settled into place. This new system will provide us with the opportunity to serve both our clients and our puppies better, and ensure that every family gets JUST the right JLDD puppy for their specific family! So, how does it all work? Let's talk about it!

EDUCATE YOURSELF & EXPLORE OUR SITE! We have a TON of resources on our FAQ page! This can help guide you to the correct size, breed, and gender to help fit your specific lifestyle. There are also past puppies, testimonials, and more to help expand your knowledge! We will be happy to talk through the options during your phone consultation later on in the process!

APPLY FOR YOUR PUPPY! This is a somewhat time consuming process. You will walk through your lifestyle, what you're looking for in a puppy, and your preferences for your new best friend. The answers you provide will help give us a clear view of what you need! Please note that the more specific and less flexible you are in your query, the longer you may have to wait for us to match you.

DEPOSIT & PHONE INTERVIEW - After you complete your application, you will be directed to a page that will ask you do book a phone interview with our sales team! Please book the earliest available time convenient for you! So you don't have to wait to put down your deposit, one of our sales staff members will be in touch within 24 hours of your application and email if you are pre-approved for one of our puppies letting you place your reapproved deposit before your consultation!

BE ON THE LOOKOUT for our monthly e-mail newsletters! These will outline what we have coming up or currently, as well as our website and social media pages being updated frequently!
When a litter arrives, you will receive an email announcement asking you to commit or pass on that particular litter. If you select your potential matches from that litter you will get weekly pup-dates, and we may schedule a second phone call with you if it's been sometime since we last spoke!
If you deny any litter for any reason, you will stay on the deposit list and wait for another applicable litter. If and when you commit to a litter, please know that we will select the right puppy for you inside of you preferences, while looking at temperament and personality. Please understand that there may not be a good personality match for you in the litter, if there is not a match for you, you will still get an explanation and video during matchmaking weekend.

MATCHMAKING - Every day, we spend individual time with the puppies to notate the nuances of their individual personalities to ensure they go to the perfect family for them. When the puppies reach the 6-7 week mark, their personalities have emerged enough for us to feel comfortable matching them with a family whom we believe is the perfect match for them! We will email or call you to let you know which little bundle of fur will be yours! Believe us, we know it's hard to wait, but it'll be the best thing for you AND you puppy! At this time, you'll also be able to opt to have your puppy delivered by ground or air.

GOTCHA DAY! This is our very favorite day, and it brings us so much joy to watch the eyes of all our puppy parents light up when they meet their puppy for the very first time! We will send you a link that includes all of our favorite puppy items, pickup info, and more prior to go home! All puppies home with their health records, transitional items, and much more!
